This course is tailored for American residents or citizens aged 21 to 65 seeking to obtain their CDL Class B license. Students are required to hold a valid Massachusetts Driver’s license and pass a DOT Physical/Drug Screen before the commencement of classes. Additionally, students must pass the basic general knowledge permit test prior to the start of the course. Upon completion of the CDL Class B course, students will be prepared to obtain licensure for transporting freight exceeding 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight (GVR) with a single axle trailer.

Description

This course is designed for American residents or citizens between the ages of 21 and 65. The student also, must possess a valid Massachusetts Driver’s license, and must pass a DOT Physical/Drug Screen prior to class starts. With the CDL Class B course, the student will be prepared to become a licensed driver to transport freight greater than 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight (GVR) and with a single axle trailer.
The course is divided into a theoretical part where you study for the general knowledge to obtain the permit and a practical part where you train for the road test, including passenger and air brakes endorsement.

Hours and Schedule:
This is a semi-customized intensive course offering 100 hours of training in 4 weeks. Each week 25 hours are studied. Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 10 pm.
Price:
This course is priced at $4,200. This includes the training, books, supplies, and Road Test sponsorship. IMPORTANT: If a student fails the road test more than 2 times, the student must pay an additional fee of $600 to schedule another appointment. Students may pay with cash, credit card, or check. We also offer 2 installments of financial assistance, or we have an agreement with Bank of America to request a credit.

Testing will take place during week three.
